Customers can return their items by following the Cupshe return policy guidelines. You are eligible to return your items within 30 days. Cupshe must be returned in the original condition. You can return any items to Cupshe except for the ones mentioned as non-returnable on the website.
You cannot return your items for exchange if you purchase them from any third-party. If you send back your item after 30 days, they will send back your item to your delivery address and will ask you to cover the delivery cost.

Cupshe Refund Policy
