The Total Wine return policy’s goal is to satisfy their customers with their orders. You can return your products within 60 days for any reason. But if you purchased it from a store, you need to go to that store to start the process of your return. A valid proof of purchase is required to return a product.

  • California and Georgia Stores: Per the state law, alcohol returns will only be accepted if the product is unfit for consumption spoiled, or otherwise purchased in error.

  • Michigan Stores: Per the state law, alcohol returns will be accepted from a customer for a cash refund or exchange, for an alcoholic liquor product from Total Wine & More store, if the product is contaminated or spoiled, if the container is damaged to an extent that the unfit for consumption or contents are likely to be unsanitary.
  • Kansas Stores: Per state law, alcohol returns will be accepted within 24 hours from the original purchase date if the product is defective or damaged by the supplier.
