If you are not satisfied with your purchase from the Hudson Bay store, you can return it to the Hudson Bay store with its original packaging. You can also ship it back to their warehouse with proof of purchase. Hudson Bay Refund Policy

After you have returned your item for refund, it will take 10-14 business days to process your return. After the return is verified your refund will be transferred to your account. It can take up to one week after the processing time to receive the refund in the original payment method.

Methods to Return at The Bay

Mail Returns

Items returned via mail will pay a $10 fee that is deducted from the order total. Follow the given steps to return items via mail:

  • Head to The Bay’s official website.
  • Go to your Order History and locate your order number. You can also find it in the subject line of your shipping confirmation email or the top right corner of the order invoice or return slip.
  • You need to enter your order number, email address, or your shipping ZIP code to start your return.
  • After you create your shipping label pack your items securely and in the original packing (if possible). You must include the proof of purchase.
  • Attach the shipping label to the package and make sure that no other labels are showing on your package.
  • Ship your package using the mail service provider your label specifies. It will be either Canada Post or Purolator.
  • Drop off your package at the nearest courier location.

Hudson Bay In-Store Returns

You can return your items in-store for FREE within its return period. Pack your item and bring it to the store. Make sure to bring an original sales receipt with your returned items to the store otherwise, your return will be rejected. You cannot return big & bulky items to weigh more than 22kg (50 lbs.) or longer than 121cm (48 in).

The customers cannot return the items to the store after their allowable return period passes. You may also need to provide your name, address, phone number, and a valid photo ID to process your return.

Price Adjustments

Items sold by Trusted Brand Partners and clearance products are not eligible for price adjustments.
