Rebel Sport allows you to return items within 30 days from the date of purchase. Products should be in unworn, unwashed, unused, and original condition. Labels and tags must be still attached to the item. You can return or exchange your product both in-store or online. You must bring an original proof of purchase for the return or exchange of any item.
You can return or exchange your items in-store including online orders (except for Online Only products) at any Rebel store. Postal returns are only available for returning online purchases and not exchanges.

Rebel Sport Return Policy Without Receipt
You need to show proof of purchase to get a refund or exchange of the item. If you do not have the original sales receipt, you can show other proof of purchase at the front desk such as a bank statement or transaction history. Purchases made with debit or credit cards will be returned to the original card user to reduce the risk of fraud.
If you do not have any proof, you will be asked for your photo identification that shows your name, address, and signature. If you cannot provide proof of purchase, you might be offered an exchange or a gift card, per the store’s discretion.
Rebel Sport Refund Policy

Online Returns
You can get a free return if your parcel is under 17 kg and 105 cm within Australia by Australia Post. There are three options to return your item through the post. Follow the given steps to return items via Post:
Post Box: Return packages under 7 kg and 35 cm long can be put into a regular street post box. Just follow the process above and drop it off in your nearest post box.
Parcel Lockers: Return packages under 16 kg and 50 cm long can fit in the 600 Australia Post parcel lockers that are opened 24/7. You can follow the steps above and scan your return label when depositing your return.
