Conditions of Petal and Pup Returns

Petal and Pup return conditions are listed below:

  • Garments must be in unused and new condition with the label and tags attached.
  • Garments must be undamaged, unaltered, unwashed, and free from any markings, self-tanner, makeup, odor, perfumes, pet hair, deodorant and detergent.
  • Shoes should be tried indoors. They should be free of any scruffs or markings.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Items that are marked as ‘Not Eligible for Return’ cannot be returned and no exceptions can be made.

Petal and Pup Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in the original payment mode after your package is received at the warehouse. Original shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable. If you want your refund to be issued in the original payment method, a fee of $9.995 will be deducted from your credit amount. It will take up to 3 to 6 business days for your refunds to be issued. Please allow an additional 7 business days for funds to be posted in your account.

If you want a store credit as a refund in the form of a gift card it will be sent to you via email you used to place the order. You need to select the store credit option when submitting your return request. Store credits will be processed after your return is received at the warehouse which may take 3 to 6 business days. The cost to return is not deducted if you opt for store credit.

You can get your product exchanged within 1 to 2  business days (subject to their availability) from the date of your return processed at the warehouse. If the item is out of stock, you will get a refund automatically for the return.

A temporary authorization is placed on the credit card for the amount of the exchange which totals for 7 business days if you choose the instant exchange option. If you do not send your returned item within 21 days from the date of return submission, your credit card will be charged for the full amount.
