You may return your item within 7 days of purchase. The product must be in its original condition along with a receipt. If your product is worn or damaged, you are not eligible to make a return at David’s Bridal. All the tags must be intact with the product.

David’s Bridal provides its customers two ways to return your product. They can opt any one of the options according to their ease. You can return your product by visiting the store and via mail.

David’s Bridal In-store return:

If you have a nearby David’s Bridal store, then returning to the store is a fast and easy way to return. If you are not happy with the purchase, you can make a return at David’s Bridal store within 7 days of purchase.

To make a store return, the customer has to bring the product back to the nearest store along with all original receipt, online purchase receipt, original packing slip, or a copy of the shipping confirmation email, whatever applies to it. The product must be returned in its original condition. Don’t forget to take proof of purchase along with the product.

Make sure that your product must be in its original condition and eligible to return. RMA and Return label is required to mail your product. Provide details about your product order number, name, email to get confirmation email that contains RMA number. Try to return your items in an unopened stage.

  • You will get a confirmation email with a return shipping label.

  • If you removed the tags from the product then you are not allowed to make a return. All tags must be intact with the product.
  • David’s Bridal does not accept the return of Perishable items.

As per David’s Bridal return policy, you have 60 days from the date of purchase to exchange your product. You can make an exchange in-store and online if you are from the US. For Canada customers, only in-store exchange is possible.

For in-store exchange, you need to bring your product within 60 days of purchase. The product must be returned in its original form. If your product value exceeds the previous one then you will need to pay the difference. If the case is vice versa then David’s Bridal offers you store credit of the difference value.
