Refunds are issued in the original payment mode after your package is received at the warehouse. Original shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable. If you want your refund to be issued in the original payment method, a fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your credit amount. Processing begins after the return has been delivered to our warehouse and may take up to 3 – 6 business days.. Please allow an additional 7 business days for funds to be posted in your account.

If you want a store credit as a refund in the form of a gift card it will be sent to you via email you used to place the order.
