If you return your item within 28 days of its purchase you will be eligible for a full refund. Your refund will be issued as soon as your item is received. It will take a few additional days for parcel shop drop-offs and home collection items to reach and be processed.

In-Store Returns
You can use the Store Locator given on the website to find the nearest store to you. You can return your items in-store within 28 days from its purchase date. You should pack your items in theiroriginal packaging and take them to the store.
Bring an original sales receipt with your returned items to the store. Talk to a store associate as they will help you with the return process. The refunds will take 3-5 days if you pay by credit/debit card.
Returning a small item
A small item is defined as anything weighing less than 15kg and measuring under 120cm in every direction, including small furniture that meets these size and weight restrictions. For purchases made online, these items can be returned via several convenient methods: you can drop them off at an Evri parcel shop, arrange a Home collection, or return them in-store at any Dunelm location across the UK. It is important to note the specific exception for paint purchases, which cannot be returned using the standard online return routes and must be returned to a physical store.
If you bought the item in-store or via Click & Collect, it can only be returned in-store, provided it is not furniture or a large item. Regarding refunds, you should allow 7-10 working days for the amount to be issued to your original payment method; if using a collection service, this timeframe begins once the item has arrived back and been logged by the team. Faulty small items are also eligible for return to a local store for a refund, though they cannot be exchanged.
Returning furniture or a large item
Home collections are available for items that weigh more than 15kg and measure over 120cm in any direction. You can also return large items, including large furniture, to most of our stores, though please be aware that certain store exclusions apply. For in-store returns, we cannot accept Large Furniture or Large item returns to our smaller stores, including Boston, Carmarthen, Crawley, Edinburgh, Grimsby, Halifax, Horsham, Isle of Wight, Jersey, Leeds Thorpe Park, Loughborough, Nuneaton, Peterborough, Scarborough, Bracknell and Westfield.
Once processed, allow 7-10 working days for your refund to be processed to your original payment method. If you believe any sofa, mattress or furniture item is faulty, please contact us as soon as you become aware of the fault, providing photos if your order was over £199. If your sofa, mattress or furniture item is deemed to be faulty within 30 days of receipt, we will offer to repair or replace the item, or you can reject it for a full refund. After 30 days, you have the right to a repair or replacement, where an independent expert will inspect the item; if it cannot be repaired, we will collect the item and issue a replacement or refund. Please leave mattresses sealed and unopened in their original packaging until you are sure you wish to keep it, as unwrapped mattresses cannot be returned unless faulty.

You can cancel your order or get a full refund if you order the products online or by phone. You can cancel it within 14 days from the date of delivery or if the order contains items that are to be delivered separately from the receipt of the last item.
