If you don’t like or are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Dusk. Dusk is happy to help you with returns and exchanges. You can return your items to Dusk within 28 days from the date of purchase or delivery.

All the purchases either you made at Dusk website, store can be returned within 28 days. You can return your items online or by visiting the Dusk store. You must bring your original sales receipt to return your items; otherwise, your items will be returned to you.

Large items (delivered by two-man delivery) require a collection to be booked and there is a £39.99 collection fee that will be deducted from your refund.  Small Items (delivered by Evri) can be returned for free.

What is the Dusk return policy conditions?

  • The item must be returned within the given time period.
  • The item which you want to return must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed and not broken.
  • If you received the damaged product by the company then you can make a return of that product otherwise you are not eligible.
  • Dusk accept returns for Mattresses under 100 Night Sleep Trial.

What are return methods at Dusk?

To return a product to Dusk, customers can choose to bring back their product by mail or in person at any outlet stores.  Purchases from Dusk outlet stores must be returned to one of Dusk outlet stores. Whereas online purchases can be returned by mail at their store locations or warehouse.

What is Dusk In store return policy?

Firstly, you will need to find the nearest Dusk’s store. Go to the store. Bring the item to the store with its original receipt that receipt you got with your order. Fill out the return form. Product must be in its original condition, store representative will help you to return the product. Make sure that product must be unused. Dusk will not accept the product if it is damaged, used or washed. The product must be returned within 28 days of purchase.

Dusk Online Return Policy

You will be provided the option to print your own returns label, or have one of dedicated Evri ParcelShops do this for you.

Evri Returns:

All orders delivered by Evri can be returned for free using our Returns Portal. Small items delivered by Evri can be returned for free by arranging a return through them, while using an alternative service requires you to cover the postage costs. Regardless of the method, please retain your proof of return receipt until your refund is processed.

Large items delivered by two-man delivery require a booked collection with a £39.99 fee deducted from your refund; these returns must be arranged directly with DUSK using our approved partners. You will receive a confirmation email within 14 days of us receiving your return, so please allow at least 14 days from the return or collection date before inquiring about your refund.

Using Alternative Method:

You are welcome to return your parcel using an alternative service, however you will be responsible for the associated postage costs, and they will not reimburse the charges incurred. Below is the address that returns should be sent to:

Whichever way you decide to make the return, please keep hold of your proof of postage/collection, until you see the refund in your account.

What is Dusk Refund Policy?

You have 30 days to return your purchase at Dusk and get a full refund for it. Once your order has been received to our warehouse, then your refund may take 14 days to process your refund. As soon as your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. It typically takes 3 to 5 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card.

You must bring the original sales receipt with you. The refunds will be made in the original form of payment if you purchased the items at the Dusk store locations. Purchases made from PayPal or Affirm will be issued a refund to the original accounts. Shipping and handling charges are not eligible for a refund.

What is the Dusk Order Cancellation policy?

To cancel within 15 minutes of placing your order, please log in to your account where you can cancel your order here. If 15 minutes has passed, dusk can only cancel your order providing that it hasn’t yet been picked, packed or dispatched. To request a cancellation, please get in touch.

If you contact us after your order has been picked, packed or dispatched and you would like us to cancel delivery of a Large Item (delivered by two-man delivery) there will be a £39.99 return fee deducted from your refund.

What is the Dusk exchange Policy?

Dusk do not currently offer any exchanges. Please return your order for a refund and place a new order if required.

What is Dusk Return Policy Faulty items

If you are unhappy with the quality of your item, please contact us with your order details and clear images of the fault, including the DUSK label or batch number. We will review these photos to identify any manufacturing fault or damage caused by us or our partners before accepting liability.

For structural manufacturing faults, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery, or a replacement if reported within 12 months. Please note that aesthetic faults must be reported within 30 days of delivery, and issues caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorised alterations, or minor industry-standard imperfections are excluded from this policy.

To purchase a dusk gift card, visit our Gift Card page. There are two types: standard physical cards in four colors, available in-store or online, and e-gift cards, which can be redeemed online or in-store. Both cards have a 28-day validity, with birthday vouchers valid for a minimum of $40.00. Dusk gift cards are valid for 3 years from purchase.
