Curated Return Policy 2023 | Easy Online & Instore Refunds

Curated Return Policy has a different return window depending on the product type. Curated allows you to return for most of their products within 30 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the purchase, or not received the product exactly what you want.

You may return baby and toddler items within 60 days of delivery. Bikes must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Curated will accept return of those items that are unused, unwashed, undamaged, have not been altered in any way and must be in its original condition.

Methods of Curated Returns:

Curated offers two ways of returning items:

  • In-Store Return
  • Online Return

Curated In-Store Returns:

Firstly, you will need to find the nearest Curated store. Go to the store. Bring the item to the store with its original receipt that you got with your order. You need to provide the shipping confirmation email if you want to return the product that you purchased from their website.

Product must be in its original condition, store representative will help you to return the product. Make sure that product must be unused. Curated will not accept the product if it is damaged, used or washed.

Curated Return Policy Online:

You can also return your products through mail. Provide details about your product order number, name, email and receipt and send us your package. Try to return your items in an unopened stage.

  • First you visit their website to start your return.
  • You need to fill out the return form.
  • Select the items which you want to return and tell them a valid reason why you want to return the product.
  • Submit your selected items.
  • You will get a confirmation email with a return shipping label.
  • Pack the properly in the box and affix the return label on the top of the box.
  • Mail the box back to the Curated store.
  • Shipping fee and other handling charges are non-refundable.

Curated Refunds:

The Curated Return policy is quite generous, they will allow you to return your product and you can request for a refund. After receiving your product, Curated will initiate your refund process and it may take 2 to 3 weeks to validate your return product. Your refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method.

If you damaged the product then curated will not allow you to return that product. To get a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition as you received. You will not get a refund if you make a refund request against custom orders. Shipping fee and other handling charges are non-refundable.

Curated Exchange Policy:

According to the Curated return policy, return your items within the return window. The product must be returned in its original condition as you received. If you want to exchange please start your return for the original purchase and place a new order for a new item.

The amount you paid for the return product will be credited to you for the new purchase. You can exchange your product by visiting the store. The product must be in its original condition. It is recommended that you go to the store to exchange your product because it is convenient and all the processes are in front of you. Curated Return Policy Exceptions:

As per Curated return policy, there are few exceptions:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, if it is damaged or has been altered in any way so you are not able to make a return of that product.
  • Curated does not accept the return of used products.
  • Customized products are not eligible to return.
  • Snowboards and rigged fishing products are not eligible for return.

Curated Warranty Claims:

If by mistake you received a damaged or defective product that you don’t want. You may inform them by sending email at [email protected]. Please inform them about the issue of your defective item and send us a clear picture of the product. Note that some manufacturers will require you to contact them directly with warranty claims. If that’s the case, we’ll help you initiate the process.

Curated Delivery and Shipping Policy:

Curated uses DHL express, UPS, USPS or SF Express. All parcels are shipped within 72 hours using USPS. The standard time for USPS delivery is 2 to 7 working days. Curated offers free shipping for the orders above $120. Business days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.   • Post mail: Mail box delivery within 3 to 5 working days.
  • Standard Service: It may take 1 to 3 business days for Door-to-Door delivery. No mail box delivery. In this method you are able to track your order.
  • Express Courier Service: If you require your order urgently or by a specific date so it is suggested that you opt this option. It may take 1 to 2 business days to deliver your order. Please inform us before placing your order.
