Laced always wants customer satisfaction and always provides good quality products. If you are not satisfied with the purchase, or not received the product exactly what you want. Laced allows you to return for most of their products within 14 days of purchase.
Laced will accept return of those items that are unused, unwashed, undamaged, have not been altered in any way and must be in its original condition. You are allowed to make a return both in- store and online. Laced charged the cost of the return £8.99 will be deducted from your refund.

What are the Return Methods at Laced?
To return your product at Laced, you have two options i.e. In-Store return or Online return. You can opt for one of them which is convenient for you.
Laced In-Store return:
Firstly, you will need to find the nearest Laced store. Go to the store. Bring the item to the store with its original receipt that you got with your order. You need to provide the shipping confirmation email if you want to return the product that you purchased from their website.
Product must be in its original condition, store representative will help you to return the product. Make sure that product must be unused. Laced will not accept the product if it is damaged, used or washed.

What is a Laced Exchange Policy?
No, Laced doesn’t currently offer exchanges. However, you can return your item within 14 days of purchasing as long as it is unworn and in its original packaging with the Laced authentication tag still intact.

According to Laced return policy, if you return a product to get a refund then your refund will be issued in the form of original payment method or store credit. You can use it in future for purchase at Laced. You will get a print of the gift card you can use on your next purchase. Laced gift cards has no expiry. You can use it for the purchase at Laced. If you purchased online gift cards they are only redeemable online and it cannot be used in store. You can make a return of gift card purchase but gift cards itself cannot be refunded or exchanged. If it is stolen or lost then company is not responsible to redeem your cash or gift card.

Laced takes 1 to 2 business days to process your order, after processing it takes 2 to 3 business days to deliver your order and may also depend on location. If you are from the US then you will qualify for free shipping if your order value is above $25.
Laced ship their order worldwide, if you are an international customer you will get free shipping if your order is above $75. If you choose USPS first class shipping with tracking then you will have to pay $3.99 as a delivery charges.
