You have 45 days to return your items to receive a full refund. You will receive a refund in the original payment form. The refunds will be issued in 1-2 weeks after the processing when the return is received. If you purchased your merchandise by credit card, it will be refunded back to your original payment form.
If you purchase an item with Apple Pay, PayPal, or a PUMA gift card, the refunds will be issued as a PUMA gift card. You cannot return orders purchased by After Pay. Make sure to select the exact items you want a refund for so there will be no delays in refunding.
PUMA Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, PUMA does not offer exchanges for its items at this time. If you want to exchange your item, you must go through the return process and place a new order. PUMA Gift Card Policy
PUMA provides digital gift cards and physical gift cards. The gift cards and digital gift cards purchased online can be used for the purchase of merchandise online and in-store. You can check the balance of your PUMA GIFT card by entering the gift card number, the country where it’s going to be used, the currency, and the PIN code. After that, click on the “Check Balance” button.
PUMA gift cards do not have an expiration date, nor do they decrease in value. You cannot cancel your gift cards once you have placed the order.in case of lost or stolen, PUMA will not be responsible for your cards. You will receive your digital PUMA gift cards via email within 2 hours of placing the order.
