Nine West Return Policy provides customers with the option to return their items within 30 days of purchase or online order receipt. To qualify for a return, all items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. This policy does not impact your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. The original receipt is the necessary proof of purchase for return.

Nine West Return Policy Condition:

There are the following Nine West Return Policy Condition:

  • Items purchased at full price without promotions or discounts are eligible for exchange, gift card, or refund to the purchase price of the returned item.
  • Promotion items, such as 20% off full-priced pumps, can be returned for an exchange or gift card equal to the purchase price, but no refunds will be issued.
  • Online clearance markdown items can be returned for an exchange or gift card equal to the purchase price, but no refunds will be issued.

How to Return a Nine West Product?

There are two methods to return products at nine west.

Nine West In Store Return Policy:

Nine West concept stores offer the option to return eligible items purchased at any of their stores. To return your Concept Store purchase, visit your nearest Concept Store, or return your Outlet Store purchase to your nearest Outlet Store using the official website’s store locator.

Before visiting a store, review the returns policy and options as you cannot return your purchase to Online, Myer, David Jones, or Nine West Outlet stores. Outlet product returns are accepted in stores or online for exchange or gift cards, but no refunds can be processed for outlet purchases.

Nine West Online Return Policy:

Nine West offers a return policy for online purchases, allowing customers to return their purchases via post following specific instructions.

  • To submit a return request, please visit their Help Center and follow the given instructions.
  • You have to provide the order number and zip code.
  • The original receipt must be included with your return.
  • Nine West advises returning items via registered Australia Post for insurance during transit, as they are not responsible for items in transit.
  • Customers are responsible for all postage expenses for change of mind returns, and more information on return options and how to return purchases can be found on their website.

Nine West Refund Policy:

Once the item is received, they will start your refund process. All return items will pass through their inspection process and then they verified your refund. If you are eligible to get a refund you will get a confirmation. Refund processing and issue time takes 14 to 21 business days. If you don’t receive a refund after 21 days you should contact the customer service department. The shipping costs for already dispatched orders are non-refundable. 

Nine West Price Adjustment Policy:

They guarantee that your pricing will reflect a similar promotional discount as your original order or item in cases of mis-shipped, damaged, or lost packages, as well as exchanges. If you haven’t received a response from a previous adjustment request or haven’t yet, please submit a request for adjustment on their official website.

They cannot make price adjustments for expired promotions, unapplied codes, or retroactive discounts on prior purchases. They cannot honor pricing mis-advertised on Facebook or similar networks. An adjustment can only be granted if the issue was caused by the company. 

Nine West Return Policy Exception:

  • No refunds or exchanges are available except as part of your statutory rights.
  • ZIP purchases cannot be returned in stores. To request a return, please submit an online order.
  • Online purchases can be returned to any Nine West concept store in Australia, except for Myer or David Jones, and only markdown styles can be returned to Outlet stores.
  • They regret to inform you that they are unable to accept any changes of mind or exchanges for  jewellery.
  • In-store after-pay purchases can only be returned for exchange or store credit at the store.

Nine West Return Policy For Faulty items:

If you believe your item is defective, please contact Customer Service to discuss your problem. If you have a major fault with a product, you have the right to request a replacement or refund. They offer a free repair option for minor product faults, instead of replacing them with a replacement.

Nine West Gift Card Policy:

Nine West Gift Cards can be redeemed online or in-store at any Nine West Australia concept store, but cannot be purchased in concession store locations like MYER and David Jones. Gift Cards can be redeemed in full or part amounts until the balance reaches zero. If a transaction exceeds the remaining balance, the difference must be paid directly to the store or online store using alternative payment methods. 

Nine West cannot be held responsible for any damage to a Gift Card or any unauthorized use, loss, or theft of it, and it is essential to save it with the same care as cash.

Nine West Delivery and Shipping Policy:

• All orders are dispatched within 7-10 working days.

• Peak season may cause processing delays, requiring an extra 5 working days for customer service.

• Online orders are delivered within 5-10 working days, with free shipping available for orders over $99.95.

• Orders to New Zealand incur a AU$29.95 postage and handling charge.

• Orders over NZ$200 will incur import taxes in New Zealand.

• International orders are currently not available.

• Tracking orders can be done through Australia Post Customer Care Centre or NZ Post.

• Nine West insures each purchase during transit until delivery.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. To check order status, visit their website. If in “Processing” or “Pending” status, request cancellation. Preorder items in “Your Order Is Awaiting Fulfilment” or “Shipping In-Stock Items” can be canceled up to 2 business days in advance.

Can I return multiple items in one return?

Yes but you have to provide a separate Returns Request Form for each online order being returned.

Can I return used products to Nine West?
