Return at a store is one of the fastest and easy way. First you need to locate the nearest Asics store. You just need to bring back your product at the store along with a receipt. You are allowed to make a return in-store within 90 days of purchase. Visit the store and ask the store representative to inspect your return request.

Once they approve your return then you can make a return at store. They will be happy to help you. You will have to give a reason why you want to return the product. Don’t forget to take a receipt or any proof of purchase, or gift receipt with you.

ASICS provide two mwthods for returns online items. All accepted returns will be credited back to the original form of payment and will include only the price paid for the item(s) and collected tax amounts (if any). Shipping fees are not refundable. Please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for it to appear on your monthly statement.

To start the online return process, have your order confirmation number ready from your confirmation email. Returns are free for OneASICS™ members using the prepaid return label; however, non-members will have a $4.99 return shipping fee deducted from their refund. ASICS prepaid returns are serviced by FedEx and must be sent from within the U.S. Please note that these prepaid labels are not available for areas not serviced by FedEx, including but not limited to Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Guam.
